I’m Chef Carrie Pulice-Garneau, and I’ve been cooking, baking, and hosting for as long as I can remember. What started with chocolate chip cookies in my childhood kitchen has grown into a lifelong love of sharing joy through food.

From preparing family dinners as a kid to baking holiday desserts with my mom, the kitchen has always been my happy place. It became my creative outlet, my comfort zone, and eventually—my calling.

Over the years, I’ve cooked in tiny apartments, large homes, and even for a professional racing team. I’ve studied pastry arts, thrown unforgettable dinner parties, and had more than a few “wow” moments in the kitchen (ask my husband about the handmade pasta and homemade marinara!).

But most of all, I’ve come to understand that food is about connection. It brings people together. It creates memories. And that’s exactly what I want to do for you.

Why I Started Carrie’s Kitchen

In 2024, while celebrating a dear friend’s 60th birthday, I realized—it was time to stop waiting and start doing. I cooked a full weekend of meals that reminded me: this is where I belong.
By early 2025, Carrie’s Kitchen was born.

Now, I get to do what I love—help people enjoy beautiful meals and stress-free hosting. Whether it’s a birthday celebration, weekly meal prep, or a cozy dinner for two, I’m here to make your life easier, more delicious, and full of joy.
